We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Real Estate Property Advisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, managing and expanding a portfolio of clients, negotiating and closing real estate transactions, and providing exceptional customer service to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a portfolio of clients through networking, prospecting, and marketing efforts
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships with clients
  • Conduct property tours, facilitate showings, and provide insightful advice on the real estate market to clients
  • Manage negotiations for real estate transactions to ensure client satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activity and client interactions through our in-house CRM
  • Attend industry events and stay up-to-date with trends and developments in the real estate market
  • Collaborate with other team members of the Developers to ensure a seamless experience for clients
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience in real estate or a related field
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic
  • Knowledge of the local real estate market and industry trends
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously
  • Must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently

Salary: 2.4 Lacs per Annum + Heavy Performance Bonus.
